Can I earn continuing education credit through the use of the study materials?
You can earn 10 contact hours through completion of the EFM Post Test.
Do I need a W-9 form?
Download the CCPR W-9 form if you are a hospital purchasing any CCPR product and your Accounting Department requires a W-9. Note: You will need to fill in the date after downloading.
